How does the In-Person Training work?

 

Michelle will travel to any location throughout the US to spend 1 full day (8 hours) with you and your team! The cost of the in-person training includes travel expenses. Michelle will start the day with a didactic portion, then go into a live demonstration, and hands-on practice for all participants. Michelle will carefully assess each participant's skill, and help critique and adjust as needed. Any amount of staff greater than 20 people, please reach out directly! 

 

 

Does the cost of the in-person training include travel expenses?

 

Yes!

 

 

What type of healthcare professionals do you work with?

 

We work with medical assistants, LPNs, RNs, NPs, PAs, MDs, DDS, DMD, etc! We also work with individuals who are looking to become a phlebotomist or another type of healthcare professional.

What type of businesses do you work with?

We work with offices, med spas, hospitals, individuals, etc! 

Do you offer refunds?

In-Person Trainings can be rescheduled within one week of the scheduled date. Any travel change fees will be an additional charge.

To cancel In-Person Training and NOT reschedule; travel expenses are non-refundable but the cost separate from the travel expenses can be refunded given the cancellation occurs within one week of the scheduled date.

Coaching and Online Courses are non-refundable, but I offer a Skills Improvement Guarantee: If you do not find this course helpful and you do not see progress in your skills development, you can reach out directly through the contact page within 30 days of purchase and I will work with you one-on-one to ensure you see the progress you are seeking!  

Who is allowed to perform these skills and where? 

In most states, anyone can learn how to do phlebotomy! But it is crucial to always check with your state guidelines on certification and licensing because rules and regulations can change at any time. If you are a healthcare professional, please check with your board and/or state guidelines and regulations to ensure what procedures are within your scope of practice.
